Description

Whole-mount, fluorescence immunohistochemistry of mouse back skin. Blood vessels labelled with an anti-CD31 (PECAM-1, Platelet and Endothelial Cell Adhesion Molecule 1) antibody (grey), vSMCs (vascular Smooth Muscle Cells) labelled with an anti-aSMA (alpha Smooth Muscle Actin) antibody (green), and the extracellular matrix surrounding the vessels is stained with an anti Collagen 4a4 antibody (green).
