Andrew recently received his M.S. in Cancer Systems Biology from Georgetown University. He also has a B.S. in Biology from Denison University and has expertise in both bioinformatics and bench lab techniques and their relation to basic, translational, and clinical research.

Research Statement

Analyze ChIP-Seq data utilizing the high performance computing systems Biowulf and Helix. Developing a web based application using Shiny that will allow users to analyze multiple gene lists simultaneously via the gene enrichment tool Enrichr.
