Division of Skin and Rheumatic Diseases

The Division of Skin and Rheumatic Diseases promotes and supports basic, translational and clinical studies of skin, wound healing, skin disorders, as well as adult and pediatric rheumatic diseases. Approaches supported may include, but are not limited to, molecular and cell biology research, animal model construction, genetics and genomics research, identification of risk factors, autoimmunity and inflammation research, biopsychosocial/behavioral research, outcomes and health services research, and research leading to prevention, diagnosis, control and cure of these disorders.
