Fas/CD95 receptor clustering on living cells: Cos cells transfected with a Fas/GFP receptor chimeric construct were triggered with the anti-Fas receptor antibody APO-1, and images were collected before and after receptor engagement. Intense clustering of the receptor at the Plasma membrane can be seen in this confocal maximum intensity projection image.
